Original parcel consisted of 16.5 Acres MOL. Currently property has been rezoned into:
1 approximate 2.22 Acre out parcel that fronts Cortez Blvd and is west of the wetlands on the property, zoned PDP (general commercial) and the County wants something medically related there, they would approve a drug store, imaging center or something of that nature but not a gas station/convenience store. An approximately 19,000 square foot building may be constructed on this site. Access to the property is at the east side of this parcel and to the west of the wetlands on the property
